#MotivationalMonday I have been working really hard to get more of a routine in and include self care. Monday seems to have a bad rap... I mean don't get me wrong, I have had my share of shitty Mondays! I am trying to be more conscious of my mindset on "bad" days. It took me a long time to really learn how to catch myself when I get in a nasty frame of mind and turn it around. This Monday is going to be interesting because I am going into the office in Phoenix for a third time. I don't want to start with a negative mindset, but I know driving the I-10 is always, always going to be a cluster. There is no way around it. All I can do is remain calm, and make sure I get to the office safely, and then home safely when I leave. My day job does allow for me to really work on my mindset because I have to be my own self motivator. I work remotely from home in the health care/pharmaceutical industry. I have to be aware and mindful the whole time, but my work motivates me because I am helping others. As someone who has numerous health issues, I wish I had the kind of team working for me that we do for others. My position allows me to take a more proactive step in my health. Working toward better health motivates me, my husband motivates me, my kids motivate me, my haters motivate me. Who and what motivates you? Til later and Blessed Be!
